Meaningful work fosters independence, confidence, and connection. At NeuSpark, we help people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities prepare for and succeed in the workplace. Through volunteer experiences, pre-vocational training, career planning, and on-the-job coaching, participants gain the skills needed to build lasting careers in fields such as retail, healthcare, hospitality, and office services.
We also partner with employers—offering training, guidance, and ongoing support to create inclusive workplaces where employees of all abilities can thrive.

Pathway to Employment

Our Pathway to Employment program helps individuals discover their interests, set goals, and take concrete steps toward meaningful careers. With personalized coaching, workplace readiness training, and real-world experiences, participants build skills and confidence to achieve competitive employment.

Developing Strong Work Foundations
Our Prevocational Services provide structured training and community-based experiences that strengthen essential work habits. Participants practice communication, problem-solving, and task management skills while gaining exposure to different job environments. These experiences prepare individuals for greater independence and success in future employment.

Hands-On Training for Real-World Success
NeuSpark PDS provides hands-on training, job coaching, and career placement support to help participants succeed in today’s workforce. From volunteer opportunities to direct employment, our programs build confidence, skills, and independence.
We also work closely with employers—providing training, consultation, and resources to ensure workplaces are inclusive, welcoming, and equipped to support employees of all abilities.

Through Career Planning, individuals receive one-on-one guidance to explore interests, match skills to opportunities, and create a step-by-step plan for entering the workforce. Community experiences and personalized coaching give participants the tools to pursue jobs that align with their goals and strengths.
